  1. You’re sounding restless. Your words played in my head, and this came out…

I’d love to meet an imp
    walking in the woods,
who offers up a magic tonic
    that turns this world
    back to making sense.
    I’d share it,
    and dance with the imp
    through the night
    into the morning light.

That’s all, hope your evening perks up ❤️.

      1. You are most welcome, I’m not sure that holidays are any harder for me. Just a constant. I’m doing good, chugging away at December. And you?

        1. Mixed feelings, dear, to be honest. It used to be better, but it’s ok, can’t change anything, it is what it is. Listening to some music helps a bit for a while. Then, i listen to some stories, and i’m back to the idea of spanking some people. Then, i say again to thyself : cool down a bit, watch a movie, talk to a friend, make some jokes, drink a drink, call him or her, chat chat a bit, speak out the good wishes, walk a walk why not, play with your Zoye, read a book, and do not make dreams, you better wake up thyself, etc.

    1. Yes, it is. Thank you for your comment, NZain. He dances during a very special moment of my life. To me, this is touching for a few more reasons. Thanks for once again, dear.

  2. I also wish I was Dancing with Spirios in Greece, tho I am stuck in alaska, I would drink toasts to the Birthday Man/Woman, and whirl in circles around & around again until my head & my heart spun around to the weavers web….

    1. Thank you for your comment, dear Sir. Spiros was a wonderful cousin of mine, and today is the day that we usually celebrate his name day. He is no longer with us. But i promised i won’t forget.

      1. Outosego, Tonite I play my Drums for YOU……My Lady is no longer with me, yet I will forever remember Her…..She still stands beside me ,guiding me on the Right Pathway…..What I remember is the Good Times we shared together, the times we were joined at the hip, so to speak…..Merry Christ-Mass to YOU….

        1. Thank you, Sir. I imagine you playing the drums, and it is a nice image. You, also, use the most wonderful words about your Susan -when you write and talk about your Lady- which is something i find delicate and noble. There was Love, right ? And there is still love. I can tell. I read your recent article -which is dedicated to Susan- and i saw the word “Ode” in the beginning and as part of your title, which says a lot to me about your feelings.

Here it is for the visitor of my blog :

          Take care, dear Sir.

          1. I thank & wish all of you wonderful writers, A Merry Christ-Mass & Holy Holidays…..Some day I will write the Story of my Lady’s & My Life together, It was, of course, not perfect, but then whose is? Mean-while I will try to learn how to play “The Little Drummer Boy” for Christ-Mass Day……I am double Blessed, by all my new friends on the net, and my many wonderful real life Neighbors, who helped me through these hard, sad times…..Thank YOU ALL!

            1. Thank you for your wonderful words, dear Sir. I know these days are not the same for everyone. The feelings are mixed : happiness, sadness, melancholy, memories, nostalgia, tears and smiles, during a period of time which is really sweet.

I like you wrote you feel double Blessed. This is wonderful, Sir, and i wish you all, you and your wonderful neighbors in Alaska, Merry Christmas and Holy Holidays.
